One of the reasons I like riding out here in Eagle Mountain, is that I still occasionally run into wildlife of the living variety. I went out for an hour ride this morning to return a movie to the nearest RedBox. On the way back, I saw an antelope up ahead just off the side of the road. He looked up at me in a kind of "yeah, so?" way. He kept watching me until I was about 4-5 feet away, then he took 4 steps to his left away from the road and watched me ride past. Wildlife is fun.
Oh, incidentally, this is my 100th post. Woo Hoo!

Even us "city" dwellers occasionally get to see wildlife.
Going home the other day I took the freeway exit near 13th, because I was going to stop at WalMart. And there between the large office buildings, two deer hurried across the street dodging between cars. THAT was really unexpected there !!
