From the Morning News Files

I usually turn on the news while I am getting ready in the morning, partly for the noise, and partly so I know what the weather will be like and can plan my riding attire accordingly.

This morning, a news story caught my attention, so I grabbed my iPhone and recorded the story. I apologize for the audio quality, I didn't want to turn it up too loud and wake the family.

In case you couldnt hear it. He wasn't drunk or impared, he just likes the way it feels.
