Ride with the FredCast and Team Land Rover-ORBEA, rasie money for MS.

I know that I mentioned this about a week ago. I got an email from David today, and decided that he promoted the event better than I could. Also, he has added an auction for a seat in the Team Land Rover-ORBEA team car. Here is his email:

Have you ever wanted to experience what it's like to train with a professional cycling team? Have you ever wanted to ride in the team car amongst the pro peloton and caravan during a professional cycling stage race? Have you ever wanted to go for a ride with David from The FredCast? What if you could do all of those things and help raise money for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society too?

The FredCast Cycling Podcast has teamed up with Team Land Rover Orbea, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and Contender Bicycles in Salt Lake City, Utah, to give you these unique cycling experiences during the upcoming Tour of Utah (August 18-23).

Ride in a Team Car in the Tour of Utah Caravan
The best way to watch a professional cycling event is from the seat of a team car in the race caravan. Be there to watch the breakaways, experience the suffering on the brutal climbs of Utah, listen to Race Radio as the pro peloton rides just inches away from you.

If you've ever wanted to have this experience, here is your chance!

Bid on our online auction for this once-in-a-lifetime experience to ride in the team car for Team Land Rover Orbea during one stage of your choice during the 2009 Tour of Utah. All proceeds of this auction benefit the Utah State Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

This promises to be a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn about pro cycling from the inside! Hear the coaching, witness the speed, strength and endurance first-hand, and watch as the team strategies unfold in front of you.

Please note, winner is responsible for transportation to the starting point and from the finishing point of stages that are point to point. Auction winner should be prepared to ride in a car for up to 6 hours without stopping.

These are some amazing opportunities and I am so thankful to Team Land Rover Orbea for making this possible. Not only will we all have some awesome experiences, but we'll be helping a great cause that is so near and dear to my heart.

Thanks for listening, thanks for participating, thanks for your support!

ENJOY THE RIDE!
