Tour of Utah Bicycle Giveaway

Just a reminder, the Tour of Utah starts this evening at 6:00 PM with the Prologue at the State Capitol.
SALT LAKE CITY - August 16, 2010 - Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah Executive Director Karen Weiss today announced that Cervélo and Canyon Bicycles are giving away two Cervélo RS road bicycles to fans of the Tour. In addition, Larry H. Miller Dealerships (LHM Auto) and Canyon Bicycles are also giving away four bikes, up to a retail value of $2,500 each, through LHM Auto dealerships along the Wasatch Front.

Participants can enter the drawings through 1320 KFAN, Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort and Larry H. Miller auto dealerships.

KFAN
Listeners of 1320 KFAN radio can text the word "tour" to 64636 anytime before August 22 to be entered to win a Cervélo RS bicycle compliments of Cervélo, Canyon Bicycles and KFAN.

Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort
In conjunction with the Snowbird Bicycle Hill Climb, all event registrants will automatically qualify to win a Cervélo RS bicycle. The contest ends on August 21, 2010. Non Snowbird Bicycle Hill Climb participants may enter by visiting the resort in person and completing a form at the marketing department offices during regular business hours.

LHM Dealerships
Fans can go to any Larry H. Miller automotive dealership in the state of Utah and enter to win one of four grand-prize bicycles complements of Larry H. Miller Dealerships and Canyon Bicycles. The winners will be able to choose any bike they want up to a retail value of $2,500. Fans can also enter at the Larry H. Miller Dealerships expo booth at any of the five Tour of Utah stages or Prologue taking place Tuesday, August 17 - Sunday, August 22.

The contest will end at the end of the final stage of the Tour of Utah on Sunday, August 22. The winner will be chosen by random drawing on Monday, August 23.


About the 2010 Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah
Deemed "America's Toughest Stage Race," the 2010 Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah presented by Zions Bank, is a six-day, six-stage, 325-mile professional bicycle road race with nearly 30,000 feet of climbing. The race takes place August 17-22, 2010 along the Rocky Mountain's Wasatch Range through some of Utah's most beautiful and challenging terrain. The Tour will attract 19 professional cycling teams totaling 144 cyclists competing for a cash/prize purse of $45,000. The 2010 Tour of Utah will be accompanied by a colorful, rolling festival celebration that will take place at the finish line. More than 30,000 spectators are expected to line the racecourse and attend the festivals in Ogden, Park City, Provo, Salt Lake City and Tooele, and 60,000-plus race fans are expected to follow online.
